All sales are final

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, and because of the hygiene and safety considerations that come with topical skin care, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for reasons such as:

• A change of mind or personal preference.
• Selecting the wrong product, size, or quantity.
• Personal preferences about texture, scent, or consistency.
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Products purchased by mistake.

All beabutter products are final sale at the time of purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged in shipping

We pack every order carefully, but damage can occasionally happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email info@beabutter.us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include:

• Your full name and order number.
• A short description of the damage.
• Clear photos of the damaged product.
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging, including the shipping label, when available.

Please keep the damaged product and original packaging until we've reviewed your claim. We may ask for additional information reasonably needed to confirm the damage.

Replacements

Once we've confirmed an eligible claim for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement of the same product at no cost to you, including shipping. If the product is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method instead.

For any courtesy replacement we offer outside of these situations, you may be responsible for replacement shipping costs. We will tell you the cost and get your agreement before anything ships.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders enter our preparation and fulfillment process shortly after they are placed. Once preparation or fulfillment has begun, orders generally cannot be canceled or changed.

To request a cancellation or change, email info@beabutter.us as soon as possible, and before Thursday's 11:59 PM Pacific Time cutoff. We'll do our best to help, but approval depends on the status of your order, subject to applicable law.

Natural product variation

beabutter is made with plant-based butters and botanical oils, with no preservatives, fillers, or alcohol, so small differences in color, scent, texture, or consistency between batches are normal. Warm temperatures in transit can also temporarily soften the butter or change how it looks. These variations do not by themselves mean a product is damaged or defective.

Nothing in this section limits your rights regarding products that are defective, unsafe, or otherwise nonconforming under applicable law.

Refunds and payment disputes

Except as described above or where required by law, we do not provide refunds, store credit, or exchanges for final-sale products. If you have a concern about your order, please email info@beabutter.us first so we can look into it and work to resolve it quickly.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws or payment card network rules.

California consumers

This policy is intended to comply with California law, including California Civil Code Section 1723, which covers the disclosure of retail refund and return policies. That law recognizes exceptions for goods clearly marked as final sale and goods that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons.

Nothing in this policy waives, excludes, or restricts any non-waivable consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies available to you under California or federal law.
